Cossington Walk

The route took us through Cossington Meadows on part of the Leicestershire Round and tow paths either side of the Grand Union Canal. Tom pointed out several trees alongside the canal which were covered by webs spun by Ermine Moths which protected the numerous caterpillars underneath and gave the trees an eerie grey colour.

A great walk on a lovely day. Thanks T
