If you are approaching the pub from Leicester, then it's very easy as it's just off to the left of the A50 as you approach the Field Head roundabout. If you're approaching from the South, from the direction of Ratby, Thornton or Desford, then as you come into Markfield on Ratby Lane, take the first right turn (also called Ratby Lane) after the first left turn (called London Road). After about 200m, the road will join the A50 going north, but just before that junction, turn left along Leicester Road and the pub is on the left in about 150m. If you are approaching the Field Head roundabout from the A50 North or along Markfield Lane from the direction of Newtown Linford, take the exit that's signed to Thornton and Ratby, along Launde Road.
