Problems at mill

Recently it has come to light that walkers on the Leicestershire Round are trespassing onto private land at Claybrooke Mill, situated between Frolesworth and Claybrooke Parva, travelling in that direction. Signage at the mill has been improved which should help negotiate the area. However, it may be that walkers are miss reading the narrative on page 83 of the latest edition of the Leicestershire Round Guidebook, which covers that area.

To help, the following wording hopefully, will make things clearer. ' After crossing Frolesworth Lane keep in the same direction across a big open field to meet a bridleway at the metal gate. Cross the wooden cart bridge over the mill race and carry straight on heading down the grassy slope towards the wooden gate {passing between modern sheds) and cross the wooden bridge over the small stream'.
