Walker bitten by dog

We have received an email from Coalville Ramblers concerning a dog incident near Naneby Hall Farm. It is important to monitor these sort of incidents and for walk organisers to be aware where a problem has occurred.

“You may like to be aware of a recent Ashby U3A walk, when a lady was bitten in the calf by a dog that wouldn’t heed its owners’ calls to come away from a group of walkers.  The incident:was reported to the police.

Location was “… Brascote towards Cadeby by the quarry workings. It was at Naneby Hall Farm near the quarry entrance …”.”

This is bridleway S25 (From Manor Farm, Brascote, to Freshfields east of Cadeby)
