This year the autumn weekend away is planned for 19-22 October. Venue the Old Hall Hotel in the centre of Buxton. A great place for linear walks take the bus or train out and walk back. Get a Greater Manchester Wayfarer ticket (Just £8.00 for all this) for a train ride into central Manchester. Or take the Macclefield bus to the famous Cat and Fiddle Inn for a walk up Shining Tor.
