In excess of thirty members supported EA’s walk from North Luffenham. Leaving the village by the Church over a slab stile
the Tuesday walk organiser took this in her stride. The walk continued downhill over a footbridge crossing the river Chater. We then joined a bridleway which followed an old track along a ridge affording wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The walk continued to Wing via Pilton where we stopped at the prayer maze. In front of the
maze Heather our President and the leader halted the walk for refreshments. The walk continued to Lyndon and returned by road to North Luffenham. We enjoyed lovely weather with hardly any wind and enjoyed wonderful views of the countryside.
