New footpath bridge & steps at Hallaton Leicestershire
Seen and much appreciated in June 2011 this new bridge and steps on the path between Horninghold and Hallaton at SP 795 968. With another similar new bridge at the eastern end and a high standard of cross field reinstatement, see picture below, this demonstrates Leicestershire County Council’s commitment to the public rights of way network. Excellent work from the Highway Authority and Landowner which the Leicestershire Footpath Association members commend.
