Navigational skills were required by Saturday walk Leader Bob on his walk from Knossington.Walking bridleway E191 towards Braunstone a road closed sign was encountered.
The leader did a “U” turn and managed to retrieve the situation before arriving in Braunstone village where proper notices had been erected and an alternative route described.
15 members enjoyed a memorable walk across plenty of pasture land. A stiff breeze with an overcast sky and two brief appearances of the sun.
