New path? you could help.
The County Council has received an application for an addition to the definitive map, made by Woodhouse Parish Council. You can find the application here: Definitive Map modification orders | Leicestershire County Council. Click on Charnwood Borough council and its reference number is M1391; you can see where it is from the plan. The Council has to be satisfied that the path has been used over a 20 year period. If this is a path you have used over the years, you can contact Samantha Ireson at County Hall (Samantha.Ireson@leics.gov.uk) and provide her with your evidence. LFA supports the general principle of adding paths to the definitive map but the Council neds evidence of use, and that can only come from you and your friends.
